I am a PhD student at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
I study decision-making and goal pursuit in organizations. I aim to: (a) understand how people make decisions and pursue their goals at work, and (b) design theory-driven tools and interventions that support wiser choices and sustained goal progress. I conduct field experiments to examine behavior in organizations and lab experiments to study psychological mechanisms.
My research has been published or is forthcoming in journals such as Organization Science, Management Science and Science.
Before coming to Wharton, I worked as a research coordinator at the Politics and Social Change Lab at Stanford University. I received an M.S. and B.S. from Stanford University, with honors and distinction, where I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
